All OERUM Jewellery pieces are hand made to order. This means that each piece is made especially for you and we ask that you allow 6 weeks for the turnaround. If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible and avoid any disappointment.
Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Please note that turnaround times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay. Once it is ready to ship out, you will receive an email notification with all of your tracking and shipping info!
Please allow 4-6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for delivery.
We will deliver the goods ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that someone is there to sign for, and take delivery of, the goods.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can easily track your parcel.
You will need to be present to sign for the goods so please bear this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work).
All deliveries to overseas addresses will be sent via DHL. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched: you can check the status of your parcel at any time by going to DHL and entering your tracking number (alternatively, email us at greetings@oerumdesign.com quoting your tracking number and we will chase up your parcel for you).
Please note that shipping time does not include production time.
Once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country.
Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
